My primary offering is a comprehensive business evaluation and strategic roadmap.

This is a 30 day process that begins with in-depth interviews with the business owner to determine the current state of the business, discover the type of business that the owner intends to create, and a complete inventory of the physical, intellectual, and relational assets that can be used to bring about the owner’s vision.

Following this initial on-site process, I will work with you remotely to identify both the areas where improvement is needed, and where unforeseen opportunities lie. A weekly call will be scheduled to answer questions that I have and allow the business owner to provide feedback along the way.

At the end of the 30 day period you will be presented with an in-depth twelve month plan that outlines step-by-step the roadmap and resources needed to get you from your current state to the vision of your ideal business. This strategic roadmap will be something we create together, and will be a unique expression of your vision for your company and how to get there, coupled with my unique insights and industry best practices.

At this point, you may continue on your own to implement this plan, or I can assemble and manage a team of highly qualified marketing, sales, technical, and customer care professionals to implement the plan we created together.
